Berry-Matcha Yogurt Bites

ingredients
- 1 pint fresh raspberries (or any berry), rinsed and patted dry
- 2 cups non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons matcha powder
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 cup white (or dark) chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds (or any crushed nuts)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, matcha, and maple syrup until thoroughly combined
- Gently fold berries into yogurt and mix until evenly distributed. Using a 1/4 cup measuring cup, spoon yogurt and berries into 8 individual servings on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- When the yogurt and berries are frozen, in a microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in the microwave, starting with 45 seconds, stir and continue in 20 second intervals until fully melted.
- Allow to cool slightly and evenly spoon over the berry-yogurt clusters, and top with nuts. Place back in the freezer for another 30 minutes. Enjoy!
